Следствие и суд установили, что 8 декабря 2022 года россиянин в состоянии алкогольного опьянения позвонил в экстренную службу и заявил, что собирается взорвать два объекта. При проверке сведений и осмотре зданий взрывных устройств обнаружено не было.
В тот же день мужчина в одном из магазинов города пожаловался продавцу на огнестрельное ранение. Тот вызвал на место участкового, которого фигурант встретил боксерской стойкой. Он также высказал угрозы и оскорбления в сторону правоохранителя, за что был задержан.
В отношение россиянина возбудили уголовное дело по части 3 статьи 207 («Ложное сообщение об акте терроризма») и статье 318 («Угроза применения насилия представителю власти») УК РФ. Свою вину мужчина признал и заявил, что действовал из обиды на полицейских. Те привлекали его к административной ответственности, с чем фигурант не был согласен. Мужчину взяли под стражу в зале суда.
